Effects of Stormwater Runoff from New Development

چکیده
Most people know that urban runoff is a problem. Few understand just how harmful it can be for rivers and streams. To secure better watershed planning urban runoff control, we must first convince the public and its officials that they are needed. We need to show clearly and convincingly both the nature and the magnitude of the water quality and quantity problems that poorly planned and managed new development can create.
